SINIF ÖĞRETMENLİĞİ BÖLÜMÜ VE BEDEN EĞİTİMİ BÖLÜMÜ ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN WEB ORTAMINDA BİLGİ ARAMA YORUMLAMA STRATEJİLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Abstract

THE DETERMINATION OF THE WEB-INFORMATION SEARCH AND INTERPRET STRATEGIES OF THE STUDENTS AT CLASS‑TEACHING AND PE TEACHING DEPARTMENTS

It is important nowadays that individuals become equipped with the skills of reaching information, making arrangements within the information reached, evaluating the information reached and performing the presentation of the information. This is not only the students, but also the teachers who are model and educate them. The aim of this research is to examine the information search-interpretation strategies of physical education and classroom teacher candidates in the web environment and to reveal their differences according to demographic variables. The working group is 213 teacher candidates studying at Kocaeli University Faculty of Education, Classroom Teacher Training, Sports Sciences Faculty Physical Education Teacher, Adnan Menderes University Sports Science Faculty Physical Education Teacher Training. Relational screening model was used in this study. According to research findings, it is reasonable for the content of the strategy content that takes the highest value about the information search-interpretation strategies of the students in the web environment. Strategies related to the "questioning of different sources", "technical features and visualization" and "single resource utilization" have found a significant difference between the departments. A significant difference was found between the genders in the strategies of "questioning different sources" factor.

Özet

Günümüzde bireylerin bilgiye ulaşma, ulaşılan bilgi içinde düzenlemeler yapma, ulaşılan bilgiyi değerlendirme ve bilginin sunumunu gerçekleştirerek iletişim kurma becerileriyle donanmış hale gelmelerini sağlamak önem taşımaktadır. Bu sadece öğrencilerde değil onlara model olan ve yetiştiren öğretmenlerde de olması beklenen becerilerdir. Bu araştırmanın amacı beden eğitimi ve sınıf öğretmen adaylarının web ortamında bilgi arama-yorumlama stratejilerinin incelenmesi ve demografik değişkenlere göre farklılıklarının ortaya konmasıdır. Çalışma grubu Kocaeli Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi’nde Sınıf Öğretmenliği, Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenliği, Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenliği’nde okuyan 213 öğretmen adayıdır. Gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre öğrencilerin web ortamında bilgi arama-yorumlama stratejileri ile ilgili en yüksek değer alan strateji içeriğin amaca uygunluğudur. “Farklı kaynakları sorgulama”, “Teknik özellikler ve görsellik” ve “Tek kaynak kullanımı” faktörüne ilişkin stratejilerde bölümler arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. “Farklı kaynakları sorgulama” faktörüne ilişkin stratejilerde cinsiyetler arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur.
